Delivery
Orders made on www.carsandroses.com are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Delivery is provided by TNT, UPS and DHL. Your photographs are carefully packed in safety packaging.
Delivery costs include the packaging of the paintings and may vary according to the size of the photograph and the destination.
In general, the production of photographs takes 5-6 days and the sending is done directly after, within 7 working days.
Currently, our works are available in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, USA and England, Spain and Italy.
Article 7: DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the identification form completed by the customer.
The product always travels at the risk and peril of the customer to whom it is to immediately make reservations with the carrier if the package arrives in a damaged packaging.
Any other claim must be made by registered mail sent to the seller's headquarters within 48 hours of receipt of the product, otherwise it will be rejected.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination, size and weight of the product.
The delivery times mentioned are never given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment on the part of the seller. Their non-compliance can not in any case authorize the client to evade the performance of his own obligations, to demand the termination of the contract or to claim damages.
Return
Art. 8 : Retraction
The customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw without having to justify its decision and incur support costs other than the direct cost of returning the product.
The withdrawal period expires after a period of 14 days from the day when the customer takes physical possession of the property.
The customer informs the seller before the expiration of the withdrawal period, of its decision to withdraw from the contract and will contact the seller’s customer service at info@carsandroses.com to secure the return of the product characteristics.
The customer returns the product without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days following the communication of its decision to withdraw.
This deadline is met if the customer returns the product before the expiry of 14 days.
The seller refund the payment received after receipt of the product and within 15 days.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. Failing this, it will be returned or refunded.
The responsibility of the customer is liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from improper handling of the product. In this case, no refund will be granted.
This section does not apply to professional customers.
