Delivery

Orders made on www.carsandroses.fr are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery is handled by TNT, UPS, and DHL. Your photographs are packaged with care in secure packaging.
Shipping costs include the packaging of the artworks and may vary depending on the size of the photographs and the destination.
In general, the production of photographs takes 5-6 days, and shipping occurs directly afterward, within 7 working days.
Currently, our artworks are available in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, the USA, and England.

Article 7: DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made to the address specified on the identification form filled out by the customer.
The product always travels at the customer’s risk, who is responsible for immediately making reservations with the carrier if the package arrives in damaged packaging.
Any other claim must be made by registered mail sent to the seller’s headquarters within 48 hours of receiving the product, or it will be dismissed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the product.
The delivery times mentioned are always given as an indication and do not constitute any firm commitment from the seller. Non-compliance cannot in any case allow the customer to avoid fulfilling their own obligations, request the cancellation of the contract, or claim damages.

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our artworks, no returns are possible. We can only offer a replacement if the artwork is received damaged. Please send us an email at in**@**********es.com if you receive a broken item, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the replacement process. The artworks must be returned in their original packaging.

If the artwork is returned damaged, we will be unable to refund you.
If you receive a damaged package from the delivery services, do not accept the delivery. The delivery service’s insurance will implement an action plan to remake the artwork for you.
If you see that the box appears heavily damaged and you still decide to accept the package, sign for it with the mention “subject to condition.” This will prove that you noticed damage upon receipt.
According to the French Consumer Code (Article L221-28), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
